Handcrafted tapenade workshop

Enjoy tapenades produced by craftsmen in the region. Made with olives, regional vegetable cream, artichoke cream with Espelette chilli pepper, green olive crushed with figs or Pastis tapenade, discover new flavours carefully selected during this tapenade workshop.
Workshop organized in the form of a game, each guest will be asked to guess the ingredients that make up each recipe. Surprise guaranteed and unusual ingredients on the program!

Workshop Wine bar of Provence

Treasures of our beautiful PACA region, taste the wines of Provence. Accompanied throughout the tasting by our sommelier, you will have the opportunity to discover AOC wines of Provence. From the famous Blanc de Cassis (oldest AOC of France) to the reds of Bandol and the famous rosé wines of Provence, enjoy a varied oenological tasting.

Pastis Bar Workshop

Do you know the famous little yellow one from Marseille? And if you discovered all the other types of Pastis ! During a tasting workshop, (re)discover the typical aniseed drink of Marseille. Run by a specialist, the Pastis Bar workshop will allow you to get to know and taste all types of Pastis.
Star anise, fennel, green anise pastis, blue pastis let yourself be surprised by Pastis, each more surprising than the next.

Olive oil workshop

A 100% Mediterranean product, olive oil goes well with most Marseille dishes. During a workshop on one of our privatized boats, discover differents varieties of olive oil. Fruity green or fruity black taste, learn to recognize olive oils and know with which dishes to use each of them.

Marseille Beer "La Cagole" workshop
