We took a boat trip via Cruise Marseille Calanques. We bought our tickets on the old port, several choices are available to you:

The small circuit (2h30 tour where you will see the creeks without making a firm stop there)

The big circuit (3h30 tour of the same, we do not stop there)

And finally, the circuit with swimming (boat trip + stop in the creeks to enjoy the turquoise water)

We opted for the short circuit, more than enough to discover the creeks. For 25€ per adult, you go on a 2h30 trip to the heart of the Calanques National Park.
