It's official: La Nouvelle Garde is moving south with the opening of Brasserie Barbotin, right in the heart of Marseille. Located just a stone's throw from the Old Port, this new address combines the elegance of the great French brasseries with the sunny, relaxed spirit of the Mediterranean.

Behind a large terrace bathed in light, Barbotin unveils several carefully decorated interior spaces, in a friendly, lively atmosphere. In the kitchen, we remain true to the DNA of La Nouvelle Garde: everything is home-made, with fresh, seasonal produce sourced from committed producers.

You'll find the great classics revisited - mayo eggs, pâté en croûte, bavette-frites, onion soup, Paris-Brest - as well as dishes with a southern accent, such as fried sardines, mussels au gratin and Bouzigues oysters.
